International Relations

The South-Transdanubian Regional Development Agency - in close cooperation with the region’s institutions and in line with its financial means - maintains well developed links with the neighbouring Croatian areas and many regions of the EU. The Agency completed the International Relations Strategy of the South Transdanubian region, and plays a key role in its implementation as well.

 

The international relations of the South Transdanubian region

Ř                   Continuous cooperation with partner regions:

-          Rhône-Alps Region, France,

-          Friuli-Venezia-Giulia Autonomous Region, Italy;

Ř       Croatian-Hungarian-Slovene cooperation programme;

Ř       Programme-based partnerships in the programmes supported by the EU:

-          RIS - Regional Innovation Strategy,

Ř       Project-based partnerships: participation in the community incentives of the EU (e.g. INTERREG):

-          e.g. VinTour wine touristic project

-          WaterTour water touristic project.
